Fantastic app for AI and integration with Shopify. Support is always on hand and super fast at replying! Only feedback is it can't auto assign to agents in order when you run the AI at the same time - which can be hard when you have multiple agents active every day.

Very happy with the plugin. I have been using it for nearly 2 years and have complete confidence.
