We were losing money very quickly in a week of no rewards for our loyal customers. We decided to migrate again to Yotpo and they have been exceptional. All migrated over within a few hours and live on our website. Customers could see the rewards bar straight away. The app/plugin is more intuitive and much easier to set up. Then when we needed help for some personalisation, their 24/7 chat support was second to none. Fixed issues quickly, smoothly and even found solutions that most providers wouldn't fix! Highly recommend making the switch to Yotpo, you won't regret it.

Neha from the support team assisted us brilliantly during the entire integration process to make sure it looks seamless on our website. Very competitive price compared to the other providers. Highly recommend if you're looking a gift registry app.

Do your research before using this app and what competitors offer. As much as we're received support from the team, we were unable to get the app going without issues on our storefront and had to pull the pin after 2 weeks of trials. The wishlist operates the same way as the registry and doesn't integrate on quick buy pop-ups.
