In the past, we've tried traditional dollars-for-points programs and never saw an impact on our business. In just a few short months of launching our program, we have a significant proportion of our customers subscribed as Members; we find that our Members are worth more than double our general customer cohort. Allison, Sam, and the Inveterate team have been fantastic partners in building our program; we've held hands with Inveterate through ideation, program setup, and post-launch. Although this is an "app", there's an incredible agency feel with the team. I couldn't recommend Inveterate enough - a real game-changer in the crowded Shopify ecosystem.

The best post-purchase survey experience in the market -- this tool is super powerful with integrations with Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, etc. so that the data is not only insightful but also very actionable. The actual survey form looks great on the post-purchase page. The support (and Matt specifically) is super helpful and quick to respond!

The app randomly stopped syncing products in, and we can't add zip codes to new products now. There are no error messages or obvious way to fix it. I reached out to the developer several times but received no response. Be weary.

Super great app to incorporate reviews for products. Okendo allows shops to customize requests and bring in UGC which are impactful for conversion!
