Klaviyo is an important part of my business. From flows to newsletters to susbscriber segments it allows me to market to my customers and analyse the results. It is expensive, but it makes me money so all good!

I am so happy! My theme didn't allow for a mega menu so I made do then I found this app, and with the help of Sarah (who is so patient!) I know this will help customers to navigate my store!

I had a little glitch with importing but Jess (helpdesk) was amazing. She took me through it and actually imported it for me in the end. Very impressed so far!

I love being able to offer my wholesale customers the option to shop online and that I can select the pricing and the products I offer. The quick order form is great. I had an issue where a collection had dropped off and Serhii sorted it out for me. Ideally a customer service rep based in Australia (or worked our hours) would be great, but within 12 hours my issue was sorted so all good.
