App does not function correctly. We have on ongoing connectivity issue which stops us being able to configure the app to use on the site. The limespot support team are unable to advise or solve the issue after many weeks. We will be removing the app and looking for apps which do not have any many bugs . .

Unfortunately, it has not been possible for our team to replicate the specific and isolated issue you encountered in one of your stores. We use this app for both of our Shopify stores. It's so useful for our customer services team to be able to automate back in stock emails. The developers who run this app are very, very quick to respond, are always super helpful and get things done efficiently. 100% recommend.
