i just downloaded it in the shopify app store for the first time. the customer support agent, reymar, helped me set up my first discount. was very helpful and easy to work with. I have not used the app yet, but the set-up process was very smooth.
Cara was extremely helpful and patient with me. Guided me through several tasks to get my Loyalty program up and running. I appreciate the sense of urgency she had to work closely with me to resolve the issues I have been facing. We can now use the Loyalty program because she took the time to work with me.
