Both the product and support are excellent. We have tried a number of these retention and loyalty apps, so pleased to finally find one that exceeds expectations.
We use this app to help us manage, react and publish reviews on our site. As well as providing excellent functionality, the support team are absolutely fantastic; very helpful and always available. A great experience all round.
