Great app and support is amazing! Fast turnaround and a guru even made a video of him troubleshooting an issue we raised (which was unrelated to their app) but it was a very helpful step!

This is a great little app, it helps with a pain point, which is letting customers know when they will be getting their items, especially ones we don't stock (large furniture, strollers, etc.) Ivan was super helpful customizing the installation since our new theme uses Javascript when toggling between variants. Now each variant can operate independently, so if we have one color stroller in stock it will say so, but if we're out of another color of the same stroller the delivery message will display. Ideally it would be nice if the messages could be repeated on the cart page, and even on the email confirmations, and a little more messaging flexibility would be helpful (on some items we'd like to say "Usually ships in 10-14 days" instead of having to put a specific date on the item). Hopefully those features will be added going forward, but for now we're very happy with the app.

Rewardify was the best of all the loyalty apps we tested. They're all somewhat limited based on what Shopify allows the developers access to, but Jesse was extremely helpful during the trial period, even going in a tweaking some of our code to get things working properly and answering weekend emails when he was away from his computer. Works in store and online if you want your site and physical store to give customers the same experience. Rewardify even worked when we applied the customer's store credit and emailed them their cart so they could complete their order from home.

We tested a bunch of loyalty apps and this one was the best by far. They all operate somewhat similarly, converting points to discount codes, but Loyalty Lion is great because it displays the customer's points right from the widget. Kasia and her team were super responsive during the trial period to get us up and running and answer every question we had. Highly recommended.
