it is showing that I am over my limit but I have only posted about three post during one week

Just to clarify, the message you’re seeing is a preview of your expected usage. It means that, based on your current usage, the app estimates that you may reach your limit before the end of your billing period. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ve already gone over your limit. Also, credits are deducted when a post is created, rather than when it is published. So if some posts were created and later cancelled, those credits will still count toward your usage, even though the posts were never published. I hope this helps clarify the message you’re seeing! 😊
