I am extremely frustrated with Gelato's customer service and the reliability of their app. Despite advertising 24/7 assistance, their automated chat box is completely unhelpful. I have been requesting a live person for two days with absolutely no response. Technically, the app has been highly inconsistent. I previously dealt with glitches where my image DPI would initially register as good, only to change later, forcing me to re-download and re-upload my photos. Now, I am dealing with a major issue where my personalization collections are no longer showing up on my website, even though they were working perfectly before. The customization tab is there, but the folder of collection photos is failing to populate on my live site altogether. It is incredibly stressful to have a broken storefront and not be able to get a single human being to assist. I cannot recommend this app until they fix their nonexistent support and syncing issues. The only provider I'm dealing with who actually gets my products to me with templates and mock ups I don't have to modify. Love GELATO. They are listed as my provider in all my descriptions. I've paid for two courses on growing your e-commerce business with POD. Both recommend a Gelato competitor. NOT A CHANCE. I'll take the course, but will never leave my preferred partner.

My business is new so i haven't had a huge number of sales but I love how easy it is to work with - I chose Gelato because their platform is the easiest in which to sell world wide. The way they set it up, my international customers do not pay alot more for shipping or wait a long time because the products are printed in their area- I really value this! I just wish there were more worldwide products. While Gelato has a ton of apparel options, it would be great to see hardcover and spiral journals as well as higher quality tote bags, Hoping to see more from Gelato soon! Makes publishing your custom products super easy! I'm still new to this, but the interface has been easy for me to work with. Loved being able to save a template so I didn't have to start a product design from scratch for a similar product.

Gelato is super easy to use as it flows very smoothly from creation to publish. I like that you can upload your own mockups and I love that Gelato provides a wide variety of mockups that you can use as well. I'm fairly new to Gelato, having switched from another POD company that I became very disillusioned with, and haven't explored every part of Gelato yet but I'm very happy with what I've discovered thus far

I have been a Gelato customer for nearly a year with over $125,000 in sales this calendar year through their platform. Until recently, I have been largely happy with the service — product quality has been consistently good and the platform generally works well. That makes my current experience all the more frustrating. For several weeks I have been completely unable to publish new products to my Shopify store without performing a "Sync Products" action for every single product I attempt to add. I have contacted support at least six times, worked through every troubleshooting step suggested, and currently have open tickets with no resolution. The last two support representatives I communicated with stopped responding entirely and never followed up. Now, the situation has worsened — product sync now freezes at 1% and will not complete, leaving me fully blocked from both publishing and syncing my store. I understand technical issues happen. What is not acceptable is weeks of silence, ghosted support agents, and open tickets going nowhere. New designs I cannot publish are revenue I cannot generate. I am giving Gelato one final opportunity to resolve this before moving my fulfillment to another platform.
