The contact form app provides many options to customize and it's easy to use. Exactly what I was looking for: a contact form that has all the basic elements and it's free.

The App is easy and straightforward to use. Customer service is fast and responsive. Thank you Hana for your help! I definitely recommend this review app!
Great range of products to add to my store. The app is easy to use and the user interface is not complicated like other print-on-demand apps. The shipping calculator is a plus. In the future, I hope they add more products in the apparel category like bomber jackets. So far I have no problems with the app.
