The app itself is good. However Gtmetrix shows that the javascript from this app is slowing down your site, even if you only use the most basic option. If you guys could fix your code, I'll update the Review to 5 Stars - no point boosting conversion rate and in the same process bringing it down because of loading times.
I tried this app for a few months now. It does what you expect but there is a major issue: It slows down your store more than anything I have ever seen. The widget itself takes ages to load and its assets/javascript creates the slowest loading site I have seen. The images inside do not lazyload and block the pageload. If anyone can reach out and fix this for me, I will update the review to 5 stars. But like it is now, I might delete this app... Der Support ist super hilfreich und antwortet sogar mit ausführlichen Loom Videos! Also besser kann man sich das nicht vorstellen :)
The Support is amazing, never seen it this fast on any other app. Just started my first funnel and think this app is totally worth it!
