This has been pretty easy to set up. After my first sync, there were some issues. I chatted with Sherwin, and he fixed everything really quickly, and explained what was done, and what I need to do to keep it going smoothly (just unchecked a box, really). This app works and works well. Definitely worth it. 4 years later and still great service and really helpful app. This time, I had a problem syncing because I had changed from inventory to non-inventory all my products in QBO. Sam got me all set up and cleared all the errors in one go.

We sell both food and non-food items by weight. Some is by pound, and others by kg, and this app makes everything work smoothly. What's more, they added an EXPORT function, so it's make bookkeeping much easier. If you sell by weight, then this is the app I'd recommend.

I love being able to increase our positive impact with Greenspark. And I appreciate the different ways that are being added, like saving bees and other projects that are more local. I feel it has something for everyone. They have a great team that are very responsive to questions and help get you set up. Easy to set up and easy to use. I like that I can easily reply on my phone or on my computer. And it blends nicely with my store.

I use the auto-translate a lot and it makes making my site a lot faster. I do go over and personalize the translation when necessary, but this does cut out a lot of time and hassle of doing the translation from scratch.
