We are using this app now several years. I can remember only a single day where there was a small server outage and the fulfillment process had to be done a little later. So this is one of the best apps you can have. Thank you so much for your support over the years! It means a lot to hear that the app has been a reliable part of your workflow for so long. I also appreciate you mentioning the rare outage. While no service is perfect, I work hard to keep the app stable and resolve any issues as quickly as possible when they do occur. Thank you again for your trust and for your kind words. I’ll continue doing my best to keep the app reliable and make it even better!
I am coming from Beae Editor and this new Ecombe makes the live much easier. Usability is fine and so you can achieve in very short time extremely good looking results.

Very easy to use! One thing I would like to see in the future: That there is a popup in the cart when the order value is not reach encouraging the user to add more products - so not as a popup.
The service is outstanding. I had an issue with integrating a third party app and did not only receive instructions but a tailor-made screen recording specifically for my request. So even someone not experienced with the app can easily get things done. Besides that the templates are of really great quality which means the results are top notch.

Very easy to use and fully customizable. Only once in years I had an issue and they responded to my e-mail and solved it. So also customer support is fine - something which you do not know in advance. Thumbs up!
