Been enjoying it so far! Saves me a lot of time so I don't have to manually fulfill each one. I use a 3PL and handling fulfillment in bulk has become a lot easier.

We have generally been very satisfied with the Upatra: Bulk Fulfill CSV app and recently upgraded to a paid plan. However, we suddenly became unable to access the app today. When we open the app in our Shopify admin, the following error message appears: bulkfulfill-v3.upatra.com unexpectedly closed the connection. We have already tried refreshing the page, but the issue still persists. I also tried accessing your website, but a message appeared saying that the page does not exist. Thank you for your review, and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. The issue was caused by my domain unexpectedly expiring, which prevented the app from loading. It has since been renewed, and the app should now be working normally again. Could you please try opening the app in a new browser tab, or refresh the page a few times? That should resolve the issue. I really appreciate your support over the years and your decision to upgrade to a paid plan. I sincerely apologize for the disruption and will take extra measures to make sure this doesn't happen again. If everything is working as expected now, I'd be grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect your current experience with the app. Your support means a lot to me as an independent developer. Emailed many times about issues with tracking URL. No reply. Hi Kpop Omo team, Four years as a customer and we left you waiting on email — I'm genuinely sorry. That failure is on us, and we've since rebuilt how support requests are routed so they land directly in front of a person instead of a shared inbox. The tracking URL issue is one we've resolved for several stores this year — most often it's a carrier name that doesn't match Shopify's expected value, or a stale mapping on our side. If you can email me at support@upatra.com with one affected order number and the carrier you're using, I'll dig in personally and reply the same day. We'd love the chance to make this right. The app was working well, but suddenly, it stopped working. The customer service never replies to my emails. I would say, do not install this app. Hi Forno vendors US team, I'm sorry — twice over. First that the app stopped working on you without warning, and second that our support never got back to you. Neither is acceptable, and we've restructured how tickets are handled so emails no longer fall through the cracks. Most "suddenly stopped working" reports we've seen recently trace back to a Shopify permissions/scope change or a tracking URL config that needs refreshing — usually a quick fix once we can see the shop. Could you email support@upatra.com with your store URL and roughly when the issue started? I'll personally take the ticket and reply same-day. App is no longer working. When it did, it performed as expected. The UI is a bit of a mess but otherwise it did as stated. We have reached out to support and have not heard back. ::UPDATE:: Steve responded to my email, and although it did not resolve my issue the app seems to be working now. Hopefully it stays that way.

Fantastic app and outstanding support! We're on the free plan as we really have no use for the integration w/ Paypal, but if we had, the monthly fee is totally well worth it! While not on the paid plans, Steve has been truly helpful and responsive still! When we recently needed Steve's help to check on some settings, he replied immediately and offered his assistance unconditionally and so we were able to quickly resume using the app! Our whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful fulfillment app backed by outstanding support! Two-thumbs up!

The first time it worked fine but the last time an error occurred. Orders fulfilled using this app will mark the order as fulfilled but will be deleted or without tracking, causing confusion for customers. I'm looking for better app. Sorry for your inconvenience, to fulfill the order with the tracking number, you can use Create Fulfillment option, which will add/assign the tracking number to the relevant order. Using Mark Order as Fulfll will simulate the action mark fulfill in Shopify without any tracking number.

Great free app alternative for Massfulfill which recently discontinued suddenly... I compared with another bulk fulfill app but this one is much simple to use and better. If I may request, - Would like to have a freedom to upload with own format of column names and then tie to each necessary columns - Would like to have upload history or copy of email for traceability purpose

Great App !! I love it, it's the best solution for bulk fulfillment and it's FREE! Customer Support also great, they reply my emails with problems that was already solved at moment I sent email. So they really are in front of the developtment of the app!

It is a great free APP, does help us a lot. It takes some time to process orders, which is slightly slower than the previous app we used. We have more than one tracking number for some of the orders, it does show the number one by one clearly. I hope there is a function for "cancel fulfillment" just incase there is something wrong and we need to undo what we have done. thank you!

Great , simple, no-nonsense way to fulfill 100's of orders. Would be nice if it could process fulfillments in parallel so it doesn't take so long, but it's a free app so no complains. Hope it stays free to use.

Substitutes tracking link for the packages with a spam site link. Terrible experience for our store I guess we should realize that any free app is likely to just be stealing our customer info and/or re-routing them Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I work with this app alone besides my full-time job, so there will be some parts I miss. Please send me a detailed screenshot of this bug and I will prevent it in the future.

Perhaps not the most smooth app out there but it works if you know how to use it and saves a bunch of time! Hint for those there having trouble. 1) If the app stops working. Uninstall & re-install. Re-installing needs to be done from the app store not from the uninstalled apps list. 2) Use full csv with headers from the app. The mapping is not best ever and can be skipped if the headers match 100% in order and format. 3) Use all headers. Especially tracking url should be provided just to be safe. So, bottom line if you wish to use this app 100% to potential you need tool to format your shipping providers data to fit the format and you golden! However this could be done easier on the app side, so -1 star for that.

Good app, but big files (1000+ entries) take a really long time, and if your computer falls asleep during the multihour upload it stops all progress and you have to start over. You're right that, on the standard plans, the fulfillment process runs in your browser, so if the computer goes to sleep or the browser is closed, the process is interrupted. For merchants who regularly process large files, the **Business** plan uses server-side processing, allowing you to upload your file and leave the page while the fulfillments continue in the background. It's designed specifically for high-volume workflows like yours.
