We started accepting PayPal Express Payment on our site because we had a few requests. Even though we've been in business for many years we were new to PayPal and they put a hold on funds until the items ordered were delivered. However, PayPal did not automatically sync with Shopify to get the updated shipping information in terms of the carrier tracking number. So even though the orders had already shipped and that information was recorded in Shopify, PayPal didn't get that information and as a result we were going to have to manually input every single tracking number for each order. Not anymore thanks to this app. I literally connected the app and within 5 minutes all 100+ orders that were paid with PayPal express had the shipping carrier tracking numbers added and the orders marked as shipped inside of PayPal. This is such a huge time saver and the price is even better. Highly recommend if you're looking to keep using PayPal but need your data to sync between your store and the other platform. I've been using this app for over a month now and I can say it is a very easy to use timer app. It's not clunky or difficult to understand. It is simple which is exactly what I need. I don't want something overly fancy cluttering up the customer experience. I wanted something that was easy to create, easy to design, and easy to install. This fits the bill perfectly. I continually use this when I need to make announcements related to either specific products or site wide. I only needed to reach out to customer service once and had my answer within the hour. Very fast and I highly recommend.

Without a doubt one of the most valuable tools for insights into your customer behavior. Once you start getting traffic into your site you really need this app. Especially when running ad campaigns. It's of great service to be able to see what the people who are clicking on certain ads are behaving like when interacting with your site. Yes, it's good for identifying issues as well but the most use I have gotten out of it is to determine what the habits are of certain customers, specifically ones that add to cart and don't buy. This app is an absolute must have.

I highly recommend this app. I really like the ease of use and the customization. I also have had a few interactions with their customer service and they have been immediate in their responses and very helpful in getting me set up correctly. This is one of my must have apps for my website to really showcase the social proof and create a reassuring feeling to potential customers.
