We have been using TrackiPal on the Premium plan since June 2023 — nearly 3 years of loyal, paying customers. During that time, we have never missed a payment and genuinely relied on the app for our PayPal order syncing. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this app due to its completely unjustifiable pricing. When we reached out to their support to ask for a goodwill discount — explaining that we are going through financial difficulties and only use a single PayPal account — the response was dismissive. Instead of working with a long-term customer, they simply pointed us to their new pricing page and told us to uninstall and reinstall the app if we wanted to accept the new terms. That's not customer service — that's a dead end. Here's the core problem: The pricing is simply not competitive. Competitors like SyncTrack offer plans starting at $8.99/month for up to 500 orders. TrackiPal's Premium plan sits at $39.99/month — that is more than 4 times the price for comparable functionality. We only use one PayPal account, meaning we have no use for the multi-account or advanced features of the Premium plan, yet we were still expected to pay top-tier prices with no flexibility whatsoever. For small and medium-sized businesses that are watching their costs closely, this pricing makes absolutely no sense. There are more affordable, equally capable alternatives on the market, and we will be switching to one of them. If you are evaluating this app, we strongly recommend comparing prices with SyncTrack or similar tools before committing. The functionality may be solid, but the pricing model and the lack of willingness to work with loyal customers is a serious red flag. Hi, I'm so sorry about the way we handled this. Wir arbeiten mit dem App seit ungefähr zwei Jahren in mehreren Shops, und wir sind super begeistert! Es ist einfach, simpel, einmal einrichten und sich nicht mehr drum kümmern, und es arbeitet tadellos so wie es sein soll. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen aber diese App übermittelt ausschließlich nur die Trekking Daten an PayPal damit PayPal die Bestellung kontrollieren kann und auch die Buchung schneller freigeben kann. Und dafür tut es das wunderbar. Wir werden jetzt noch weitere 10 Shops machen und überall das App installieren also wir können es nur empfehlen.

We started accepting PayPal Express Payment on our site because we had a few requests. Even though we've been in business for many years we were new to PayPal and they put a hold on funds until the items ordered were delivered. However, PayPal did not automatically sync with Shopify to get the updated shipping information in terms of the carrier tracking number. So even though the orders had already shipped and that information was recorded in Shopify, PayPal didn't get that information and as a result we were going to have to manually input every single tracking number for each order. Not anymore thanks to this app. I literally connected the app and within 5 minutes all 100+ orders that were paid with PayPal express had the shipping carrier tracking numbers added and the orders marked as shipped inside of PayPal. This is such a huge time saver and the price is even better. Highly recommend if you're looking to keep using PayPal but need your data to sync between your store and the other platform. Excellent App. Simple one-click setup. Job Done. We were having issues with PayPal holding payments, since using the app, it syncs all our orders and tracking info on auto-pilot and we are now being paid with no issues. Thanks, guys, great app, simple, with no effort from us, and most importantly it just does the job and works. 5 Stars.

The app is great. We had the issue that not all orders were synched to paypal and we hat to force the synch. We reached out to the support and got response within several minutes. The developer has found the issue and fixed the synchronization between Paypal and Shopify, so that the orders are now reliable synchronized between both systems. The support team was always very friendly and kept us up to date. Thank you!

The app works great. There was one sync problem i could not solve myself. The support answered within 10 min. Seems there was a bigger problem but it was solved after 24h. everything fine so far! There is just one thing i wish it would be implemented: a tag on the order in Shopify which is set when the order was synched.

I tried TrackiPal after another app, PalSync failed me. They were able to do a quick sync to get those back on track with Paypal. Support is RIGHT THERE on chat which is nice and it saved me a big headache of having to manually update those orders. App seems easy to use, Thank you!!

Just downloaded the App - It was so easy to link that I needed to double check with customer support that I'd done it. And yes it is that easy to install and link the PayPal - customer service was excellent

I would recommend this application to any business using PayPal, as it is effortless to set up and provides quick support, saving us a considerable amount of time.

I had an issue and chatted with them. Within minutes Nattea responded and we quickly chatted through my issue. Have been using this app since Feb 2022 and had great success with it freeing up funds from PayPal by automatically sharing the tracking information to PayPal. I highly recommend if PayPal is holding your funds until you enter tracking information for order shipments!

The App was uninstalled without any Notification & didn't tracked any orders for 2 months. - Now I'm trying to remove my paypal hold, because I reached the limit & see that this app wasn't working for 2 months. - My request to increase the limitation will be most likely rejected by paypal now.

I used this app to sync my tracking numbers in Shopify with Paypal. So paypal see that the orders got shipped and get to my customers. (All of us know that "paypal-hold") With Trackipal you wont have that problem soon. You can just get more trust of PayPal.

Awesome customer support and application; It does the job; Was looking for such a thing that takes the hassle off, and add tracking numbers on autopilot until I found TrackiPal; I'd give it 10/10. If they can add tracking page too that would be fantastic!

I was a little bit skeptical that this app will serve my needs but it does what it says; Auto Sync OLD AND NEW Orders' tracking numbers that were purchased from PayPal with PayPal within no time. Very happy with the customer service too

The app does what it is supposed to do. No complaints so far. Support is also very fast. Even on Christmas someone was there for us.

We often had issues with paypal, banning our account because we haven't uploaded the tracking IDs. That time is over now with trackipal! The app automatically uploads the tracking number regularly and PayPal like that. Besides, the customer support of this app is very good. I called PayPal and asked if the app was desirable PayPal said it was a very good way to prevent suspensions.

Using it since 1 year. installed it once and never opened it again. Trackipal is working very well.

If you accept payments via PayPal, this app is an absolutely essential automation to bridge your store, shipping platform, and PayPal. It will literally save you double digit hours and help you get your settlements 10x faster. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up and use. Processing seems very fast and the accuracy is great. It made it really easy to add tracking info to my paypal business accounts.

Just got the app today!! it seems very easy to use :D I like it so far. I had to switch to this app because the other one I was using before got shut down.

UPDATE: been using this app for a while, needed to contact customer support and they were very fast to help and thorough with troubleshooting. I highly recommend this app. Jon is A+++ just installed app but so far so good. helpful customer service. should make life easier with paypal issues. nice knowing its all taken care of with tracking info.

Did exactly what I need! I'm in the UK using Royal Mail Click & Drop and needed an integration to fill in the tracking details that Royal Mail sends to shopify. All I do is send the parcel and the rest is automatic. This massively helped PayPal not to put any funds on hold. Heads up to anyone using these services, I was new to PayPal and they still held most of the money coming in until I started using this and then within just 4 weeks they're not holding a penny anymore :) Only downside is it can take a day or two to fill all the details in depending on when orders are fulfilled etc. Many thanks to John B and the team here for helping out!

Performs exactly as we needed it to -- automated shipping notification updates to PP. Back in Time feature allows you to do the same for older orders if needed. Nice 'live chat' CX support as well.

This Holiday season we saw our sales increase significantly online. When PayPal saw increased activity, it put a hold on all our payments and would not allow us to pay suppliers through PayPal. Needless to say, it was nerve-racking at our busiest time of the year. Once we were able to resolve the hold on our account, we found this app to automatically upload tracking information into each individual payment processed through PayPal. We thought we were going to have to do it manually to get funds released moving forward. Thankfully, this app works like a charm. Setup is super easy, support was live when I needed it (for a simple question, nothing having to do with installation troubles) and the app pays for itself. Thank you for developing this simple to use solution to a very complex problem.
