The app is not too bad. But it would be great if the customer could enter their mobile number as well so we gould text back as a backup. Is this possible?

On the shopify facebook instagram setup page it says; Next Step for your shop... then a bubble then; allow messaging for customer support so customers can contact you quickly. If you select enable messaging nothing happens. Why is this?

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the team who produce this clever addon app. I asked if they could modify the click more button to be MORE animated when you reach the bottom of the page, so it would catch the customers eye to click to see more products. Not expecting this to be possible, I was so wrong. Couple of weeks of chatting via email and they were able to achieve this and what a result. Love it when you download an app, it works first time with no intervention, saves you loads of time, and it works in the back ground while you get on with running your business.
