A recent update to the app has completely messed with our store. We can no longer manually hide or unhide any of the products that have been hidden or unhidden by the app. Which means they are not showing up online or in our POS. This is impacting our online sales and our in store inventory. We reached out two weeks ago to ask that this issue be resolved and have heard very little besides "we're working on it". We have filed a formal complaint with Shopify and will be asking for our money back.

We love this app because it keeps our collections looking clean and helps with optimal sorting. The automated displaying of our new items alongside our best sellers at the top of our collections is extremely helpful for generating sales. Having out of stock items pushed to the bottom of collections is great as well. While you could do some of this manually, this process being automated is extremely helpful for us as we have thousands and thousands of products and hundreds of collections, so manual tracking is almost impossible.
We use this app daily! We love how it automatically shuffles out-of-stock items to the bottom of collections while still letting us manually sort the rest of our inventory exactly how we want. Customer service has always been great and super fast to respond. Highly recommend this app!

Love this app! Once you get the hang of it, automates the process of pushing down out of stock products which means the customer has a better experience. Also appreciate some of the new functionality, including being able to arrange how the products are viewed by the customer on each collection page, from within the app.

Mete and Kubra has been incredible today. They have advised me clearly on all the options available with my requests and explained the positives and negatives of each choice with patience whilst I figure out what I want to do. I could not be more impressed with the service and attitude given and the solution we settled on together is the best for what we need. We are experiencing issues with the plugin. We are also paying for "Priority Support". Unfortunately there is no way to reach anyone and the matter is urgent. We do not get an answer in the chat. Great service. Quick and answered my questions immediately. Very happy and such a great product.
This app is perfect for my shop. All my product is one of a kind. Before I installed this app, my customers would see on the first page "sold out" too many times, and I would have to go and manually try to organize the product, what a pain. Now, when customers visit my store, the first product they see is the one that's available for sale, huge help. I now have time to make more products :)

I've had a fantastic experience with MerchBees, specifically their Push Down and Hide Out of Stock Items system! It's helped my customers get to our limited designs that are still available quickly and has increased our sales!
I was billed $89.88 in January for 12 months, my shop has been offline for a couple of months as we worked on a relaunch and the app was accidentally uninstalled. I reinstalled and haven't been able to reach anyone in support, so in order to get into the app I have had to click the professional plan option thinking I had the trial period to sort this out and I've just been notified the approved $89.88 will be billed again today. I don't want to be billed twice. Please reach out.

I've been using Push Down & Hide Out of Stock for a few months now, and it’s made a real difference in how we manage our store. It automatically moves out-of-stock items out of sight, keeping our available products front and center for customers. If you want an easy way to keep your store looking clean and organized, I definitely recommend giving this app a try.

Using the app has positively helped my website. I resell luxury items so its usually a one and done. The app moves it to the bottom of the pages so when a customer visits my site they aren't bombarded with sold out items. It allows customers to see what I have sold previously.
1) Installed. 2) Configured and Switched on. 3) Was told by live chat to wait 5-10 minutes. 4) after an hour did not work. Was told it was my fault as something in my theme. My store is brand new out of the box by the way. 5) Asked chat to help me resolve. 6) Was passed over to Mete who was rude, obnoxious and flat out accused my of being some kind of rival that only came to leave a one star review. Well guess what Mete - you we're right about one part of that (clue: the other part was fantasy on your behalf). My business has been doing 7 figures for 14 years. Never have I experienced such an awful service. Okay the app did not work out of the box for whatever reason. What should have happened is: 1) An offer to go into our back end with collaborator code. 2) identified the issue and fixed, or explained to us how to fix. 3) The app would have then worked. 4) A happy paying customer for years to come! The mind boggles, it really does. How can you even be in business treating a paying customer like this? Cue Mete coming on here telling a pack of lies about how it was me that was rude etc

Dear Paul, I’m sorry, but having a seven-figure revenue does not justify using inappropriate language with our team. For us, all customers—whether paying or non-paying—are valued equally, and we strive to resolve every merchant's issues to the best of our ability. We have established runbooks with troubleshooting steps, but from the beginning, you threatened us with a one-star review and then used disrespectful language. As you know, we have the chat transcript documenting these exchanges. As we explained during the chat, we don’t insert any code into your theme; instead, we make changes directly on the Shopify admin’s collection page. If your theme or filtering app does not adhere to this setup, you will need to reach out to them. We followed the steps you referenced in your review. In any case, you can review our other feedback to see our consistent attitude towards merchants over the years. We wish you great sales, but we won’t tolerate any kind of abusive language.
Really helpful app to manage our inventory specifically during offers
Push Down & Hide Out of Stock is a great app, especially during big sales, as it effectively manages inventory by automatically pushing down low-stock items, enhancing the shopping experience.
It really helps us to show the products that are available. Increases our conversion rate. Also the best part is it sends me an alert when the product is out of stock. Thank you.
A very usefull app that we wouldn't be without. Makes for a far more enjoyable shopping experience for our customers which must result in more sales. Support is excellent, timely, and happy to help. They helped set our app just they way we wanted for a set and forget solution. Highly recommended!
This app was easy to install and worked right away. All our out-of-stock products are pushed down and no longer convolute our collection pages. Additionally, I can sort our items from the PUBLISHED date, not just the created date as is the only option in Shopify. The support has been responsive and helpful whenever I have had a question. This app does exactly what it promises. It has saved me from the painful task of having to organise my collections manually. My store offers a much better user experience now that the out of stocks are out of sight. The support is very responsive, which is definitely a huge plus.
I love this app! I have more sales and an easier life. I still have to check individual collections and sometimes update it myself. I guess there are glitches. It works most of the time
I recommend this app for small businesses that have over 200 items in their shop and want to stay on top of pushing in-stock items to the top. It was becoming too time-consuming to do this on our own and with smaller stock qualities and a wide range of items, it's great to have this app deal with stock organization to optimize the customer experience and increase ease when shopping. Our sales have gone up after implementing this app and other than maybe some room for improvement, this app does exactly what it says it does.
Support is always prompt and helpful. This is a very handy and low impact app.

Exactly what we was looking for. Very easy to use and a simple implementation. Enables us to merchandise all of our collections to move out of stock items to the bottom of the page, and the app automatically puts the products back in their original position when they come back into stock. Absolute no brainer for $8.99 per month.

I would say that this app does an excellent job of pushing down and/or hiding product that is out of stock while also using tag exclusions as a way to ignore certain products. For example, we have pre-orders, which are "out of stock" so we don't want to have them pushed down or hidden, so we tag it with "pre-order" and tell the app to exclude any product with that tag. One thing that I see being a huge area of improvement, which is why it is missing a star, is because it groups all the sales channels together when hiding product. Sometimes I only want to hid it from Facebook, but keep it on my store. For example, Facebook doesn't want out of stock product checked on Shopify, but if the item has a review on my store, I don't want to hide it as that assists with brand transparency and driving traffic. I have already placed several future update requests including this one, but they don't appear to have any traction. I guess time will tell. Other than that, great product and highly recommend.

I am thoroughly impressed with this app! It truly lives up to its promises. After investing more than a month into migrating my website to Shopify, I am delighted with the stunning design and seamless functionality of my website. However, there was one remaining frustration to address: the presence of out-of-stock items interspersed among the available products for purchase. But thanks to this app, that annoyance has disappeared as if by magic! Sold Out items are now hidden, creating a much smoother browsing and purchasing experience. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the effectiveness of this app!

All working perfectly well so far. Just make sure you select all collections you want to sort with out of stock to bottom.
