whjat a useless and informative video on a critical part of shopify setup I struggle to find good advice in your help always and this is the kind of BS that substitutes for intelligent thoughtful work TOO BAD YOU THINK THAT I am too stupid to readn and clearly you think of that for most of yoru customers Great that you show this is just a snap wihen it is critical to knwo what you are doing how you are spending money or wasting on google CRAPPPPPPPPPPPP

OK, I'll admit, I'm not sure how to reply to this. I can't find your store that's using our app under this name, so I'm not able to look up any support tickets you may have submitted, or if your current app is already connected and working, or if not, what the issue might be. It seems like you're upset about a help video somewhere, instead of a help center you'd prefer to read through? If you could submit a support ticket through the app I think we'd be able to help wherever you're stuck. We have been using the reviewer for a year or so. Downsides are that it is a little pricey and if you use it after a sale it can double count total sales. Positives are that it does enable one to modify a draft order much easier than Shopify's particularly clunky process and so it does save quite a bit of time. The interface with Shopify requires you to do an extra refresh for the changes to show up sometimes. Support is available through chat which is not immediate but within 24 hours. If you are often modifying draft orders it is a useful tool

We're really glad to hear that you're happy with your experience using Order Editor! Unfortunately, we're limited on how Shopify handles reports. We would definitely fix this issue if we could, and this is something that we have been working on with Shopify over the years. We do our best to be transparent about this and have a well-written documentation on how to filter out and get accurate reports here: https://help.editorder.net/article/41-how-cancelled-orders-affect-your-shopify-reports. We also offer an editing mode called Quick Mode that allows to save simple edits in place for regular orders and avoid the double reporting issue in Shopify. Cab dio sine things for free but they give many reasons to get you to pay the $10 per month The bad news is that if you upgrade while doing a form ( whici it provides you the option to do you lose the work that you have done. Be very careful and assuem that this is $10 per month if you do anything useful

Rich in functionality and decent UI/UX. Competent and helpful support. Only a couple of small issues for 2+ years working with them for 2 of our shops.
