Customer support stepped in right away with good communication and resolved my issue. Overall the app is excellent, very efficient and saves time. Very good value.

We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.

This is by far the best app that is friendly with merchant centre especially if you have multiple currencies. Casper was really helpful and he helped us configure our shopping feed

I start setting up everything, and only after a while, they tell me Italian is not a supported language to use with AI features, which basically means an overpriced product feed uploader. Better use Simprosys

Onboarding is terrible. I had a meeting scheduled for yesterday and it was canceled due to the onboarder's "schedule change" . Then today I had my call, it was very rushed. All he wanted to was get off the phone. He only connected google merchant center and that was it. In the shopify dashboard it states "96% percent of users get better results and higher ROI after an onboarding call Book a FREE onboarding call During the onboarding we will Set up your product feed and improve your ROI Discuss how to improve the conversion rates for your campaigns Optimize your product feed to improve the quality of the listings Show you the best use cases from companies like yours" This did not happen on my call. I contacted support and they just gave me the run around and wanted me to pay $99 for setup. What a joke . I do not feel like a valued customer so far! Not sure if I will keep this app.

Powerful feed apps can have a steep learning curve, but DataFeedWatch has for us been intuitive to use even for marketers with limited technical understanding. Their team has also been responsive and very helpful whenever there's been an issue or we've had questions.

I'm totally new to product feeds and customer service is always on hand to help when I run into issues or things I don't understand. Ivan was particularly helpful :)

The product feed tool is easily configurable and relatively intuitive. This tool can help you to optimize your feed without having to spend a lot of time to make unwanted or unneeded changes to your store's data. The team provide excellent support to get you up and running very quickly.

The undisputed best feed tool out there. We have tried almost every tool out there and nothing comes close to DFW. The integration is seamless and the ability to write rules makes sure any new products will turn up in your feeds the way you want it to be. Their support is also top notch. A lovely gentleman called Ivan even went as far as to rewrite our janky regexp code to improve it. Absolute rockstars.

Bei Ebay ist zumindest derzeit kein FTP-Setup möglich (Entwicklerzugang benötigt. Es erscheint beim Setup dauerhaft die lapidare Meldung, man solle es später versuchen). Wäre mit API-Anbindung zumindest bei kleinen Beständen wesentlich angenehmer. - Keine HTML-Vorlagen für bestimmte Marktplätze (Ebay) hinterlegbar. - Keine Bestellsynchronisation Marktplatz <-> Shopify möglich. Hier bräuchte es wieder separate Lösungen. - Für kleine Shops teuer

Data feed Watch has truly been a game-changer for our business. We have been struggling for a while to our product feed up and running and with Data feed it's just a 2 click away. It's EXCEPTIONAL! You can be an analphabete and you still will be able to export your product with their help. Top notch customer service hands down!

DFW is a great app. We started using this to create our feeds for Google shopping ads after finding out how limited the information was that the Shopify integration was providing. The support is particularly amazing (shoutout to John today). I can message with an issue and sometimes they just fix it for me, instead of sending me the steps. It's greatly appreciated. The only issue I have is the chat system can sometimes be difficult to get through to an actual person. I get stuck in trying to get a bot to get me over to a person but it just sends me options and links. Other than that, everything is top tier.

We've been using DFW for 2 years. It is excellent. It does exactly what you need, in respect of building product feeds for Google Merchant centre etc, and it's very flexible. Ideal if you're a business that wants to run Google Ads campaigns in multiple countries. The support team are also extremely responsive via live chat

So far so good! We've only been using DFW for a couple of weeks but the capabilities are impressive and the support was very helpful (Magdalena (support) and Marvin (onboarding) were both great). It can be a little overwhelming at first if you don't have a background in data but once you get it, it's a great tool.

Super service on the chat if you run into an issue, and needs help with the setup. The interface and the documentation for setting up more advanced feeds is not a 100%, but the seems as the feeds are running well always.

Cancelled my subscription prior to my free trial ending and I keep getting charged on my credit card. I received a refund after following up but was advised that I needed to cancel my DataFeedWatch Account and not just delete the app from your Shopify account which was not clear initially.
