The gorgias AI agent is amazing and has really relieved pressure from our customer services department. Over time we have worked closely with our account managers Stefan & Alessandro to really tailor it to our business needs and ensure the tone of voice matches our brand. I would highly recommend brands utilise this tool to help make efficiency gains - its much better than other tools on the market that we have previously used and is consistently receiving 5* CSAT scores. We are very pleased with the level of care we received from the app regarding the restoration of our product metafields. Stephan and Ahmad are a credit to your company and were very quick to reply to all questions and queries which put our mind at rest. Will definitely be recommending this app to other developers and stores we work closely with.
Exception level of service from Andrea - we were previously speaking to him via their live chat but he encouraged us to move onto a call where he took us through an in depth tour of the app and all the possibilities. He gave up over an hour of his time which I really appreciated. I have not received this high level of service from another shopify app since I started using the platform. The app is very reasonably priced compared to others offering similar features, yet the added bonus is this app goes even further in terms of the functionality compared to others. Thanks Andrea!

This is an exceptional app which has recently undergone big improvements to its interface which makes it very easy to follow and implement payment rules. Highly recommend using it once migrated to extensibility checkout on shopify. I have to specifically mention Fabio who is a credit to the company and showed a very deep understanding of the app and shopify overall. He was more than happy to jump on a call immediately after my initial live chat enquiry. You don't get this level of service from the majority of apps in shopify. This is what separate the average apps from the best apps.

The best support ive ever received through an App. After speaking to their live chat, they were extremely quick to organise a meeting with one of their developers (Josip) just 30 minutes after contacting them. Josip was very knowledgable and has a great understanding of their app. They are a company that are willing to go out the way to solve your issues and expect nothing in return. Thanks Josip - he is a credit to the company.

Not suitable for UK sites. Only shows US and UK data. Does show a heatmap of UK but no deeper data than that. Shame.
