We've used this app for a number of years and it's been great for adding custom sections to our website. We recently had an issue following a Shopify update and the Accentuate support team investigated and resolved it for us straight away!

Very responsive support team, quick to respond to a few queries regarding our metafield set up. Would recommend.
Lovely staff on live chat, very helpful and quick to respond. Still exploring the app but it looks to be a very powerful app.

Customer service is great. Just that, the app is not very user friendly as we hoped. Customer support is quick to respond and helpful though, which is very important.

There is nearly infinite complexity and power that comes with this, so plan accordingly. Honestly, it's a good thing, bootstraps most of what we would ever want or need to do. Support is extremely helpful if you need it!

We have been using this app for four years. Works well and enables complex data to be filtered and presented to our team when they need to manage product meta fields especially. While Shopify has improved its meta field support over that period, it is still nowhere as good as Custom Fields. Recommended to anyone uses meta data and needs less technical team members to manage and edit that info.
Customer service is very quick to reply, I definitely recommand!
We've been using Accentuate Custom Fields for five years now and we've never had a problem. It allows us to create functionality on our website that we wouldn't be able to with Shopify directly. Accentuate gives us the flexibility to create exactly what we need in a straightforward and affordable way.
