Absolutely unacceptable. This app wiped out ALL my manual translations. I am beyond angry. This app completely destroyed days of professional, manually written translations without any warning or consent. After granting translation permissions, it automatically overwrote every single manual translation I had carefully created in Shopify Translate & Adapt. This happened right after I contacted support because core languages (Dutch and German, my MAIN website languages) were missing from the language picker. Once they “fixed” that, the app decided to retranslate everything from scratch, ignoring all existing manual content. The result is catastrophic: • Incorrect translations • Unnatural language • Brand-damaging terminology • Product and ingredient names that no native speaker would ever use This is not a small bug. This is a fundamental, dangerous flaw. Any translation app should respect and protect manual translations by default. Overwriting them automatically is reckless and shows zero understanding of how real businesses operate. If you value your brand, your SEO, or your time: DO NOT install this app without a full backup. One action can erase days of work instantly. Completely unacceptable!!!!!

We’d like to clarify that our app does not permanently delete manual translations from your store, since manual translations are stored within Shopify’s translation system. It’s possible that the auto-translate feature replaced the displayed translations unexpectedly after the language settings were updated. Had a little issue with 1 of the widgets as it didnt show any stars but only squares. The team fixed it immediately. No idea how but they fixed it. Very happy with the quick customer service and how fast it was fixed after trying for days myself.
I thought it was great until I realised it was interfering with other apps, such as translation apps to have my store in multiple languages. Everything turned to English.. Also it started combining tabs that I had only selected for 1 product, yet with some products, an extra tab was added to the product page... Very annoying. Off to the next app. This was a waste of precious time.

It's possible there was a specific conflict with the translation app you're using — and in such cases, our 24/7 support team is always ready to help and resolve the issue ASAP. Regarding the tabs showing up on the wrong products — EasyTabs supports two types of tabs: Standard (based on headings in the product description) and Shared. Extra tabs may have appeared if there were headings in the product content that matched the structure used for Standard tabs. great service, app is easy to use, not as expensive as the others. I am happy. Let's see if this will increase my orders even more!
Works as it should, I had some difficulties with setting it up because I didn’t look at the other options, and the customer service was very helpful. Now I can start working with affiliates through links that automatically apply the discount or through a coupon code that is linked in the app. Well done to the creator of this app to make something like this for free that has everything it needs.
