This app does everything you would expect it to and more! But honestly, the most impressive part is the amazing customer service! I wish all companies were as fantastic as NexusMedia. I had an issue with some formatting (that I caused, lol), I emailed customer support, they replied unbelievably fast with the solution that I could implement myself in minutes. They are amazing. 10/10.
I contacted Easy Tabs for support and they actioned everything straight away and Tetiana, Alyona and Karina were all especially helpful and friendly.

Mykola fixed my issue swiftly and at a time and day I wouldn’t necessarily expect a response!

Excellent support from the Easy Tabs team, Tetiana, Nina and Karina were all so helpful. I needed a way to add an accordion within a tab and the team came up with the solution and implemented it for me. Highly recommend Easy Tabs for the display of relevant product information in a user friendly manner, especially if that information is technical or plentiful.

I have had easy tabs installed for at least a year. I had an issue where my formatting was being stripped and not properly publishing on my website. I reached out to Easy Tabs and they responded and had this issue fixed right away. Thank you!

I’ve been using Easy Tabs for a long time and find it incredibly helpful for organising product page content for both desktop and mobile users. I recently contacted support with a question about spacing. The response was, in my experience, the fastest I’ve ever had from any company, and my issue was resolved straight away. My layout now looks much more polished thanks to their help.

I asked for a change in their layout and it got done in 5 minutes!
The NexusMedia Support team has been fantastic to work with! They first helped us update the description in our shipping tab straight away, then quickly fixed the heading issue in the description tab on our product pages. An elegant solution to the problem of long descriptions. We had a question during install and they responded within minutes! Then after installation, we played with the settings and it's very nice. Really nice product. But wait, there's more... We were always unhappy with the text size in our descriptions but had never done anything about it. This app has the ability to vary the size of the text on the tab headings, and that's very helpful since the tabs are sitting atop a fairly narrow column, so having 4-5 tabs in that width requires careful word choices and getting the font size where you need it. But we were wondering if there was a way to vary the size of the text in the text fields also. We asked about this in a support ticket, along with a couple of other requests that we really kind of thought might be asking for more than should be expected, and their team (NexusMedia Team) took care of all three. And I mean within half a day, boom. It looks super nice, we are thrilled that what had bugged us for quite a while is now just taken care of. Thumbs up!

After searching and trying several app to add Tabs to my store, this product came through as the best. The main feature is to add the Description Tab to all products and then there is a Shared Tabs feature that lets you add more tabs by collection. Brilliant!

The app is super good and does what it's supposed to do. But what really stands out is their customer service!!! Even on a Sunday they helped me and changed the design directly in my shop. AMAZING!

I thought it was great until I realised it was interfering with other apps, such as translation apps to have my store in multiple languages. Everything turned to English.. Also it started combining tabs that I had only selected for 1 product, yet with some products, an extra tab was added to the product page... Very annoying. Off to the next app. This was a waste of precious time.

It's possible there was a specific conflict with the translation app you're using — and in such cases, our 24/7 support team is always ready to help and resolve the issue ASAP. Regarding the tabs showing up on the wrong products — EasyTabs supports two types of tabs: Standard (based on headings in the product description) and Shared. Extra tabs may have appeared if there were headings in the product content that matched the structure used for Standard tabs. J'utilise cette app depuis plusieurs années déjà et j'en suis très contente. C'est vraiment pratique pour ajouter des onglets sur les pages produits. L'utilisation est simple, et en cas de problème, le support est trés réactif, sympa et efficace !

App works well. Helps organize product attributes. Tag operation is easy. Support is very helpful at all hours.

App did not work when installed. Once tech support was contacted, they quickly resolved the issue, PLUS they created a new template for my collections so they could use EasyTabs too! Highly recommended!

Excellent Support and Easy to Use! I've recently started using Easy Tabs - Product Tabs for my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The app is incredibly user friendly.
