Great app, excellent customer support! Been using it for a while and they always helped us out with any request.
Nice idea, but i couldn't find a way to edit the notification text. I think it's a must-have basic feature Hello! Sorry to hear that, we do have a way to edit the notification text, but as it must be approved by Whatsapp (Meta) we have to change it manually. If you could send the new text to us at: hola@triciclo.mx we can happily help you change the notification. Great app and great customer support! Even during the weekend, in just few hours the problem was solved. Probabily the most complete app in its category: lots of feature and customization.

Have been using this app for almost an year... now suddenly the option to send products directly from the chat have been removed from the free plan. Absolutely disappointed.

The Native Shopify Integration features have grown over time to become a powerful tool, which helps generate revenue. That is why it was moved from the Free plan to the Communicator plan, which in fact is our cheapest paid plan. I understand that this is a crucial feature for your business, and taking into account all the other great features and the value that the Communicator brings for the money spent, it would be a great choice and a thing to consider.
