Just installed the app and tested it out. First impressions : App set up in a minute with it's very easy user interface ! Support is really quick and responsive ! The app resolves our main problem, which is sending the gift card directly to the recipient, and this app is doing exactly that ! 5/5 Recommend !!!!

First of all, we would like to congratulate the Sherpas Team for all the great work on this app. Secondly, here is our review : Positives : So far, so good. -The app is able to translate 99.9% of the content correctly , as we can tell. There are some really small parts/words where the app misses the meaning of a phrase but that's fine with us as we can easily adjust the translations manually. Nevertheless, the app translates most of the text very accurately. Most of the time, we don't even have to intervene manually. -The UI is very simple and makes the experience headache-free. -The translation time is quitte fast, and we love the fact that we can just leave the page once we launch the "auto-translate" feature. The notification by email is a big plus ! This helps us know when to come back and check if everything is well-translated. Negatives : None so far, really. Things that we would love to see in this app : 1) Have the option to let the app auto-translate new changes on specific time. For example, the app could check daily at a specific time ( ex: midnight) for changes. If it detects changes, then auto-translate by itself. Once finished, send an email notification that an auto-translation took place the x date at y time. If it could tell some more info as to where the translation took place (ex : products) that would be a great plus. You could ask me why this option would be so important... Well, there have been times where we would forget to translate new content on our eshop so new content would stay untranslated for some days before we would have noticed. Having this option would resolve that. 2) Have an exclusion list of words or phrases that we don't want to be translated. This would be really helpful for brand names or other specific words that we don't want to be translated.

We use Seal Subscriptions to offer our customers a subscription model on our store. This app is the most comprehensive app! And with infinite settings to play with, that give you the most control over your front-end and back-end features. The widget on the product page works great and launches very quickly when the page loads. Everything works as it should and we haven't had any problems that could slow us down in our daily lives. The support responds very quickly to emails with precise explanations. In general we are very satisfied! We recommend this application to anyone who wants to have a subscription plan on their store with a very decent price and support!

I used the app for a while now and I have some things to say here. Firstly, the app is great ! Very simple, very easy to navigate through and I find it better than other apps I have used for my invoices in the following : The amount customization is great ! There are a lot of templates to choose from and edit them on the go. The UI is similar to the Shopify Admin page and that's a big plus for me. It makes my experience consistent. Secondly, the support is truly amazing, lightning fast, and really helpful. I had the honor to be helped by CANDACE and there are just no words. Lovely, helpful, in a really good mood, and I just felt that someone got my back if something went wrong. It does exactly what it promises to do, and it does it nicely. I've been using it with the Debut theme, and so far, I've never had any errors whatsoever. The support is remarkable and super friendly with a very quick response time ! Even with the free plan, the support takes the time to reply to all your questions, which is fantastic, and you really feel that they got your back ! The app itself is extremely simple to use, with a lot of configurations as far as the visuals, position, and the recommended products are concerned. This is with no doubt the best app and the best support I've ever experienced in shopify. I will surely go for a higher plan once my e-commerce continue to grow. I definitely recommend this app !!
