Report Pundit has been great to utilize as a reporting tool, it has provided features that I haven't found elsewhere, and the customer service is incredibly helpful and beneficial.
Promised x and got y. They could not fulfil their promises. It has been 6 months since implementation and I still have hundreds of orders stuck. I'm double shipping to hundreds of people since Brightpearl has decided to split orders. Support is lacking. Using their preferred partners has just meant that no one has taken responsibility. BUYER BEWARE!!!! We are pulling out as soon as we can.

I have been using this app for over a year. It has made us change our marketing strategy and identify holes. If you are in e-comm, YOU NEED THIS APP! You also should sign up asap for a one-on-one with them. Their advice has saved me over 100K a month while having better growth. App always works. Support is always answered fast. A huge fan!
Since we began using Route insurance our customers have been so much happier knowing that their lost package is covered 100%. We just provide our customers with the link to file a claim and we never hear back from them. No news is good news.
