The product is easy to use, but I did have a couple of questions. I reached out and was easily able to have a demo setup, and have all my questions answered. I like the flexibility of how it has some default surveys to work with shopify as well as the logic branches that makes it even more flexible.
Before online 2.0, shopify was very limited in creating pages and shogun has been great in creating pages for our store from product pages to other pages to reflect our offerings. Support has always been responsive and helpful. Just recently we are transitioning to our pages on online 2.0 and once again support was helpful in the process of reverting some of the pages.

Very disappointed. On the page it says integrated with recharge, yet when I tried to set up an upsell with a subscription product, it did not work and I was told by Bryan it would not work with recharge's shopping cart. Why indicate it is integrated with it, only to not have it work. I find that misleading.

Hey! I sent you 2 emails 2 days ago about this ReCharge feature, we do have a integration with ReCharge and the problem was specifically because of this, I just explained in the emails what happened and I gave to you 2 options that you can choose, both ways the ReCharge product will work, I just explained there the difference and what caused the problem. Sorry about my support agent, he did not knew about the integration, now he knows and he will answer correctly next time. We recently transitioned over to Recharge and the support is top notch. Any questions or problems I have had, they are very responsive and helpful. The app does exactly what we need it to do and I like that we can add in a customer whereas the other app I was not able to add a customer if they meant to set up a subscription.
