Very complicated app since there is so much functionality. You need the Customer service team to help while setting up - but they do a fantastic job of it. Lots of tutorials, guidance, and super fast responses. I've talked to 4 reps in the last 24 hours, each has responded in minutes every time. And real human responses that are straight to the point and helpful, not robots. We have migrated over from Smile with ~30,000 customers rather than a fresh setup so it was definitely complex. App has updated a lot since original experience, and customer service has become very proactive and helpful. It has some automation features which make updating a breeze and you can link to your chosen AI for translations, or use their own out of the box one which works generally OK. Would highly recommend. Billing is a little complicated, but support team responds quickly and solves all problems.

Been using this for a year now, works excellent and helps customers every day! We had a problem of results not showing when they were changing servers (admittedly could have been better to have degraded to original site search results), but the customer service promptly replied and it was resolved in a day.

I normally never rate apps but this one is amazing. Worked 90% of how I wanted it to right out of the box. Finished adjusting the placement and some functions within a few minutes. I had gone away to do something else for a while, and within an hour, without my asking, a Customer Service person on their end had also gone ahead and tweaked the whole app so all the colours and typography matched the rest of my website. Amazing.
