The app is really buggy and backwards, there's always issues whenever I want to use it, but yet my credits are stuck with the platform. I can't even fulfill my Shopify orders through Easyparcel, the app is laggy as well. Will not recommend to even use this platform.

Their customer service is really good - replies promptly and helps to resolve the problems and all questions that I had. Recommended!

App is relatively easy to install, but requires a bit of help to configure and understand. Their customer support responds quite promptly and is able to resolve all my concerns. Thank you for the great service!
