The Scented Cardinal

Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback! You should absolutely be able to remove price information from a label template, and I completely understand your need for this option. To do so, just pop into the template you will be using, untick the **Price** field on the label preview and then click **Save template**. You can then print your labels as normal with that edited template. If you are already doing so and the issue persists it would definitely be worth reaching out to our Retail support team via https://shopify.link/vRn so we can see if we can establish the root cause of the issue and fully resolve this for you. Thanks! - Natasha, Shopify Support
