AMAZING customer service! I just installed the app and a few things didn't meet my needs. I contacted customer support and in less than 10 mins Tracy had already solved ALL of the issues. This is really great customer support and I'm so happy for it.

La aplicación es muy útil, hasta ahora me parece que vale la pena la inversión VS lo que te da como resultado al recuperar carritos abandonados. Descubrí que sí hay forma de personalizar los mensajes, lo cuál me parece genial, y al parecer si tienes cuenta verificada de Whatsapp Business puedes además hacer que los mensajes lleguen a nombre de tu marca. 5/5 Hola! Sobre personalizar los mensajes, sí es posible, solo escríbenos un mail a go@triciclo.mx con los mensajes que requieres y en menos de 24 horas estarán disponibles en tu App. Sobre el remitente, es un requisito de Whatsapp la cuenta Business verificada, si cuentas con una, lo podemos hacer sin problema. I love this app. I was looking for a way to let customers create their own sets and bundles, and this works amazingly. It's super easy to customize, it offers a bunch of different options and so far it works pretty well. Totally recommend

Hasta ahora nos ha encantado Envía.com, la atención de Fabiola ha sido excelente, dando seguimiento a todas las dudas. Joel nos apoyó con el tema de la integración, y las tarifas han sido mucho mejores que las que teníamos con la competencia.

I've just been using the app for a few days, but I think it's a great way to show customers when to expect their orders, and push them a bit to hurry up and order soon. Customer service is super friendly and helpful. I had to contact them to help me change the language, and they were very nice and helped me fix it. They also told me that they will add a countdown so customers get the feeling thst they should order soon.
