I was installing the app and hit a snag. Nouhaila helped me via chat in real-time. This onboarding process and the assistance I've received, even though I'm just trying out the Free Version for now, is hands down the most friendly, professional and efficient customer service I've ever experienced. I'll be adding to this review once we've had it running for a while, but so far - everything looks golden!
I have added Product Filter to 2 of our Shopify stores now and highly recommend this app! Besides the functionality, it's intuitively easy to use and set up. And if you need help changing the look & feel, the support team is friendly, efficient, professional and happy to help. A special shout out to Will D & Henry Ph from the support team - they really know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with!

The support team needed to help with the installation as there's some code work required. Took about 2 days, so not the quickest app support I've received, but everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. It's now live and with all the testing I've done, it seems to be working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
