Our reviews weren’t showing up because of a theme update. We weren’t aware so when we realized it we freaked out because we really rely on reviews to convert customers. Judge.me WAS SO FAST to reply and fix the issue. This is huge. Saved me from going in and hacking up our theme html.
This app has brought in more revenue than our email platform has in 6 years. It's very easy to use. Support is very attentive.
It’s a really good app. But, we need a lot of assistance from their tech’s. The team is very fast with problem solving. Would be a 5 star if the functionality was better.

I am changing my review from 5 star to 2 star. In the beginning it seemed that with the functionality and features (plus an immediate order/conversion) this app was going to be our email service. After a few months, the conversion rates dropped significantly. $99 is a very high cost. We currently use another app (sms), thats $49 and the conversions are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Canceling this app. Emails don't matter if they aren't being opened. ROI is not there.
It's pretty good. I like the option. I wish the interface was more user friendly. Most of our customers are on mobile so I am hoping there is a mobile feature.
