We've had a great experience with Justuno. The company is much more than a tech solution - although the technology is great. The team really works with you in a consultative way and they do everything they can to help you succeed. It's totally different than most of the tech solution companies we've worked with where you pay for the tech and that's basically it. We really enjoy working with the team and value their insights.

JustUno has been a great solution for guiding customers where we want them on our site and capturing leads. I especially enjoy working with both Miranda and Travis on some complicated workarounds and special creative projects. They are extremely responsive, knowledgable, and always friendly. :) We have seen great results and our customers have been taking action thanks to these workflows. I suddenly started getting weekly emails for my "reports" despite not even having this app installed. If I did install it, it was probably a couple years ago. Why the sudden emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from? I emailed support asking to have my account deleted every week that I received this email about 4 times. No answer. No help. Just continued emails every single Monday I could not opt out of. I had to install this app just to delete my account finally and figured I'd also warn anyone who despises annoying emails and zero support to try another app.

JustUno was very helpful in lowering our abandoned cart rate and driving additional revenue throughout the entire website flow. Miranda, my contact there was great. She was super responsive, and attentive and was able to fix every problem I encountered.

Horrible experience. This app used to work for us, now it is super glitchy. It will take you hours to build anything custom and even once you get it right it doesn't save! So you do the work 4x over and waste the better chunk of your day. On top of that, once it is live, it keeps turning itself off for no reason. Which is terrible because I sent out an email and SMS promoting our Halloween promotion. Now customers are calling us complaining that they don't see a discount. I have to check it every 30 minutes to make sure it's still live! I will give credit to their support team. They have been responsive and as helpful as they can be, just the app itself is terrible. Don't waste your time or energy.

Customer service with Brad was topnotch. He walked me through setting up my promotions and answered any questions I had. I'm a noob at this so I had a lot.

I've been working with JustUno for a few years now. I really like working with Miranda from their team. She's my account rep and always brings a ton of great ideas to the table when we do our check-ins. They have a lot of features, so many options when it comes to targeting your website visitors, I simply don't have enough hours in my day to do them all but there' lots you can do with their app. Definitely worth trying if you are on the fence.

Fantastic easy onboarding with Justuno, we got stuck right in and rolled campaigns out almost immediately! We were working with Kelsey and I can't recommend her enough - very supportive and informative.

We've been using Justuno self-managed for the better part of the last 7 years, and have been so happy with it. However, moving to Managed Services has been a game-changer for us! We never knew what we were missing, how fully customizable the platform and functions are, what additional functions were available to us that were going unused because we thought they would be too complicated to use, etc. And, to top it all off, our dedicated account manager, Miranda, has been a dream to work with! Seamless integration with Shopify (we are on Plus), in literally two keystrokes. There are a lot of marketing add-ons in the Shopify App store, but if you want something that just works, has US based support and customer service, and will be there for you whether you're just starting out/growing, or are a full blown e-comm behemoth, Justuno is the marketing app I'd recommend.

Miranda has been great to work with. Very attentive. She helped design banners for Black Friday and other sales which led to great performance. Also makes helpful recommendations. We have been using JustUno for several years. I highly recommend.

The sales team (CHRIS) convinced me that our sales were hurting because we were lacking their services. As a solopreneur running a small business, I was very hesitant as we don’t advertise and, therefore have not a lot of monthly visitors, however, CHRIS convinced me I needed Justuno to increase conversion on my website. I paid for 3 months, of white-glove service- there was no other option for what they were selling me. The first round for Black Friday went well- the banners matched my website and branding and they got everything up in time. No conversions. Then the white glove service told me they would start working on my Christmas banners and get them going for the first week of December. That week came and went and at the end of the second week, they finally had my banners up 2 weeks too late. Well, guess what? No conversions. I had a meeting arranged to discuss New Year’s strategy but a series of events occurred- my dog needed urgent vet care, then my daughter was admitted to the ICU, etc. In January, when I emailed them about my disappointment from the last round but still expected my banners for January which I PAID FOR, they cancelled my account and robbed me of one month of services! I am not one for writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my terrible JUSTUNO experience with other small business owners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS TEAM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SMALL BUSINESS. THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR EXPENSIVE 3-MONTH TRIAL TO RIP YOU OFF. This is the absolute worst company! They are thieves and only care about their big clients while stealing from small businesses! I will NEVER USE JUSTUNO AGAIN AND WILL BE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL MY FELLOW BRANDS AT THE SHOWROOMS WE SHARE ACROSS THE US!

Terrible App and dishonest customer service. On record, this app was generating 0 impressions on our site for 8 months (costing thousands of dollars). When our team discovered not only this, but also that the app was charging us for "extras" we never opted into, the customer service team refused to refund us for the inactive months, offering only a refund for 1 month of unapproved "extras". Totally ineffective app, fraudulent company. Stay away.

Working with Justuno has been a fantastic experience, especially with Miranda leading the way. Initially planned as a 3-month trial for our website, we decided to quickly expand to our USA site within a month because it was so beneficial. The Commerce AI significantly boosted our conversion rates during sales, proving incredibly helpful. Tech support with Yuno has been fantastic – a true coding whiz who consistently delivers solutions. Despite challenging time zones (given our location in AUS), Miranda's dedication shines through as she consistently goes the extra mile, staying back, or jumping on a call whenever needed to assist whenever needed. Highly recommend this app! It's easy to use and successful, but what really shines is the support from all of the Justuno team members. We are so impressed with their response time, willingness to send video demos, and/or jump on a same day call to resolve any issues. Additionally we get valuable insights from their team on ways to optimize the integration, suggested activations and even Black Friday best practices. 10/10 recommend!

Our Facebook business account was hacked right before Christmas day and we essentially had to rebuild the business up from scratch. For 8 months we couldn't use the popups and I had paid for the annual plan in advance... The customer service team has exceeded my expectations by allowing us to extend the duration of that un-used service due to our unexpected event. This is what I call GOOD customer service. Bravo!

We compared several vendors and JustUno has by far the most capabilities for popups email capture and targeting with very reasonable pricing. Miranda has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we have seen such impressive gains already in terms of metrics that we recently upgraded to the silver plan.

I love it. Easy to use. I have used it for years now. I can easily create pop ups and banners on table top and mobile.

AMAZING! I'd give them 10 Stars if I could. Seemingly endless options for timing & customizing popups. You can create different rules for popups for how and when to show them. Plus editing them is super easy and straight forward. Also important, they have mobile friendly display options. Oh and the Chat support is great. Miguel rocks! I'm no coding genius nor tech savy, but Miguel always takes the extra step to help me figure out the difficult stuff. Super fast responses, it's like someone is literally right there helping you. UPDATE: Just reminding everyone in 2023 we are still super happy with Justuno!

Justuno is a massively overpriced with a confusing user interface. They also charge for extra traffic to your site even if you're NOT using any pop ups, and require a 30 day notice to cancel, which will leave you holding the bag for an extra payment when you try to leave. Their VP of Customer Success, Kelsey, made sure to enforce the charges and refused to help in the situation. You'd think for a company as big as Justuno, they could afford to refund a customer for a month that they didn't use their product, instead of overcharging them on their way out the door. I would highly recommend a product that is easier to use like Optimonk.

** Update to our review The JustUno team reached out to us and made things right. They've provided a refund for our annual subscription and apologized for the delays in responding to us. I've changed our review rating from a 1-star to 3-stars. We successfully used the app for pop ups on our website for over 2 years and it served our needs well. ** Decent app but be aware of their customer service. Like the other negative reviews posted, we've been given the run around multiple times when trying to cancel our annual subscription which auto-renewed without notice. What's frustrating is that we heard back from their support team once offering us a solution to which we replied. It's been radio silence ever since. We are out $907 because they can't respond to a simple email. I can't recommend JustUno to any businesses looking for this sort of functionality. There are plenty of other options out there with much better customer service.

Awful. I used this app on a paid plan, have asked twice for them to cancel the plan since they don't allow you to cancel in the app (hate that) and they still haven't done it. What is going on?? Cancel my plan! EDITED: they responded here saying they followed up via email, but never canceled my subscription! Just do what you're supposed to do. This is not rocket science.

Gave this a try. Wow at the Windows 95-like template designer. It's the most user-unfriendly experience I had for a while. Tried to edit a standard popup template for gamification and gave up. This app has been up for years and I'm sure they keep the very first UX they came up with. If you are willing to invest hours in trying to understand how this thing works, it should be okay. Sorry, but I cannot recommend it.

I FOUND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO USE. I've reached out for help, but no one has ever emailed me back. Horrible experience. Therefore, I've deleted this app to look for something that's more user friendly and has good customer service.

We've been really pleased with the ROI from JustUno over the years. The available features are truly impressive. As a JustUno Plus account we've had the pleasure of working with Miranda as an account manager over the last year and we've learned so much about how powerful this tool is. She's helped us in countless ways and we've been really happy with both the increased revenue and support we've gotten from working with her.

Worked fine. I'm giving it 2 starts because this seems to be one of those operations that won't let you just cancel your subscription. You have to wait to be "contacted" by a representative. It's been over a week and no one has reached out to help me.

Very happy with the support I got from Justuno. Had some issues on setting up an exit intent popup and Luis at Justuno help me to get it sorted and ready to fire. Great service!

We've been a JustUno Plus user for some time now. It is an outstanding tool that lets us present to right message to the right visitors at the right time. Miranda Galindo has been absolutely amazing. She is kind, fun to work with, very insightful, and provides a lot of helpful suggestions that produce results. Our original CSM left the company and we, unfortunately, received a new CSM that wasn't very attentive. However, we requested a new CSM and were placed with Miranda - we couldn't be happier with the switch. We love the Justuno platform and learn something new that we can achieve almost every day through JU.

This is a really nice app for enhancing your customer engagement strategy and provides lots of optimization and performance opportunities. Miranda was extremely helpful and valuable in supporting us through the process.

This pop up app is just ok. First, we had zero customer support available to fix our issue with Cyber Monday banners not showing up. There are a lot of odd UX issues such as the publish calendar displayed as Monday - Sunday rather than Sunday through Saturday, as we are accustomed to in the U.S. The simple usability issue caused me to schedule critical Black Friday and Cyber Monday banners on the wrong day! Also, I find it very odd to have to inject custom code to make the whole banner clickable. I feel like this is such a common feature to expect that requires 10 steps to get it going. Lastly, it should be assumed that we want to create a banner for all users including desktop, tablet and mobile, so these banners should be designed similar to any other WYSIWYG website builder and allow to toggle between different device views. For some reason, I have to duplicate (also located in a weird place under Settings) the banner and then make changes for another device screen size. It's way too labor intensive. Sounds like they don't do any kind of usability testing.

This app has completely changed the customer experience on our website. There is always something new to A/B test, implement and optimize within the Just Uno platform! Our Senior Customer Success Strategist, Miranda, has been such a pleasure to work with. She is super knowledgeable and has really helped us so much in building out the strategy + implementation of our campaigns. She is always on top of quickly responding and answering any questions we have. I definitely recommend this brand!

JustUno is more than a pop up builder — it's a very sophisticated platform for personalizing customer experiences at important touchpoints. The rulesets can be extremely granular and we've utilized this tool to improve conversions for several initiatives. SJ, our rep, is extremely knowledgeable, curious and helpful. Working with her is a dream because she just "gets it". Together, we've been a/b testing, improving and implementing experiences across the board, and we have been really happy with the results! Highly recommend this tool to any marketer that wants to make informed decisions and deliver results.

It works fine and gets the job done but the pop ups looks pretty sloppy and the user interface isn't the easiest to use.

I've been working with Miranda on the JustUno Plus program and we have nearly doubled our lead capturing in just over a month. Our cart abandonment has decreased 50% and our engaged conversions increased roughly 15%. We're now looking to increase AOV and CAC. App doesnt show up in our store, we have emailed customer service 10 times. The only response we get is that we need to reinstall the app (which we have done already) and that the code is not showing up in our theme. We use a shopify theme and they tell us we need to fix our code? All other apps works in our store just fine

Originally I thought this is just an app for creating popups, but it offers so much more. Our strategist Miranda has been really helpful at analyzing how to target our audience. Justuno provides a robust selection of templates and tools that make it easy to manage implementing and A/B testing popups. I am very impressed with their AI powered upsell capability. As a very small business, I really appreciate the customer and account support provided by Zach Bailey. He is a contributing extension to my team and brings great ideas to the table.

I have used JustUno for 7+ years now and they are the best in the business for pop-ups. And I am writing this review in regards to their JustUno Plus service. Zach Bailey on the JustUno team has done an incredible job in helping us further push the envelope with improving our conversion rate. Their team gets to see what is working across numerous accounts and is able to offer strategy suggestions for us to implement. It has been a game changer for us.

We've been on JustUno for quite awhile, but with our recent NYT feature we had to get serious, and quick. Took a leap and jumped into Justuno professional and it's been phenomenal. We may have just gotten lucky because Miranda G. understood our need to execute quickly and has done exactly that for us and more! The learning and high level thinking we've been able to do as a team has been a gamechanger for us. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use, instructions are clear! Using the free version at the moment and very happy with it.

I think there are better apps out there for popups. The worst part of JustUno is how hard the make it to cancel. They require you to call or wait 24 hours.

After installation, the app does not even open and I receive an error message saying "There's been an error. Check back later". Tried to send a message to support, but the chat did not work. Not good first impression.

Great for designing popups and tracking conversions. The dashboard is great for managing multiple campaigns.

Justuno is amazing! It integrates easily with Shopify Plus, and it's easy to build unique customer experiences with popups. Justuno is worth the time investment and has a positive ROI almost immediately. The targeting and analytics options, along with the A/B testing functionality, make it easy to determine what's working and where the opportunities are. The user interface definitely has a learning curve. I would recommend partnering with their Professional Services team to have an expert that can help move creative assets and testing opportunities through the system quickly. Justuno makes Lead Gen easy and has rapidly allowed us to build our Email and SMS lists by offering a personalized discount. It's one of the most important integrations to consider on Shopify Plus.

I've used all of the major modal apps. I always end up coming back. JustUno has more of a learning curve. But it is by far the best if you want control and customization.

We've not had a good experience. We were trying to test out this app with our site but JustUno won't provide any support to help you get it working unless you use a paid version. Why would you pay for an app that doesn't work?

Update: JUSTUNO was able to fix our issues and support was very helpful! We LOVE Justuno because it's free for starters and you can use transparent pop-up windows, which is fairly uncommon for free platforms! Very easy to set up and manage. HORRIBLE! I signed up for the professional service and it was far from it! There client service rep would miss meetings and come up with horrible designs that were subpar at best. I have requested a refund and canceled but they still charge my credit card month and month. $800 a month BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!

This is a terrible app, they charged you without notice, and canceling the subscription plan is just a headache!

I used this app on our Magento site and it was one of the first ones we added back in when we migrated to Shopify. Easy to use, very useful features especially the auto apply voucher codes and design tools. Plus support is very good.

I installed this app and tried to use it but found it very difficult to use. Their templates are hideous and custom designing them was very hard. It also wanted really small photos vs other pop up ad apps. I uninstalled it the same day and have continued to get their emails despite unsubscribing over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I really like the app! Its been working really well for me, I'm surprised how many email captures you can get, and its nice that its integrated easily with google analytics. Customer support is really helpful and quick as well <3

Justuno is awesome! It has a LOT of options the allow you to do basically EVERYTHING you want. That said, it is kinda hard if you're not tech savy.

JustUno is simply the best popup app I've come across in 15+ years in business. The targeting rules are very powerful so you can segment your popup campaigns. Their support is top notch and the blog provides lots of case studies and valuable tips. I never looked back after switching to JustUno years ago. Highly recommended!

Set up of the pop-ups is not very intuitive, but their support is great. Will, Nestor, and Yuno made everything easier :) Their conversion analytics are very good.

Absolutely awful, had 2 pop ups (one desktop, one mobile) that I had set up that were enabled live that i thought were working for months and then I check the app and they are not I have missed out on hundreds of potential emails from store visitors by it not working as it should have.
