I used to love Bold, I have been a customer since 2016. But both Apps and the Customer service has declined and is horrible! I had to uninstall all Bold apps to include this one.

Customized email blocks really amp up those click rates in campaigns and flows. They're like the secret sauce for catching the eye of individual customers when you're sending out to a bunch. And about RetainIQ staff – they're on it 24/7! Super pro in their communication and how they present their work. Top-notch stuff!
I have several of their apps. (Brain, Loyalty point, Discount, and Upsell) I did pay them to add the code. But, it was well worth it! Their customer service has been phenomenal. (Even when I messed up the theme) I love these apps and so do my customers.
