2025 Review - Been having some tech issues due to myself messing around with the set up, going back and forth trying to change invoice numbers, so the sync stopped. Sherwin has been very helpful and solved my issue by providing guidance on each step of the instruction, also very patience with my questions, happy with the app, happy with the support, issued solved :) 2026 Review - Had some issues with the new integration app, Sam was able to helped me out step by step to make the changes and revert back to the old setting that I had as it works better for me at the moment, support is super on point, patient and provides clear instructions, was able to resolve my issue
Customer support was fast and on point, helped me to fix the issue I have (Not able to select entire collection for the hide price function), everything was resolved it timely manner. Going to continue try out and use the app, so far so good!

We have been using the app since launching our website, more than half of the orders has used the discount feathers. While working on improving our website, staff from shopacado has been helpful and waste no time to make the changes that we need, overall very satisfy with the app, will continue to use the app with our Shopify website
