Just got everything set up. It takes some work, but it's pretty intuitive. When I had questions, I posted in the chat and either Flora or Quinn would respond instantly. They were always answered my questions and helped me get set up. The customer service reps have been great. Will report back after I implement the program and use it a while.

Have been using this app for a couple of years. Helps to build social proof, and lots of customers click on the pop-ups which takes them directly to the product.
The reps have been tremendous help. The app is working great so far, and we are getting lots of reviews. My only suggestion would be to have an initial onboarding call with your new customers to go over set up and answer any question they may have, as the initial process can be a little intimidating until you get it figured out. Thanks.

Our support provides a 12-hour guarantee in replying to all queries regardless of the level of plan, and most queries will be attended to within the first few hours. I tried out a couple of other contact forms and they were complicated to install. This one was a breeze. Loving it so far. Highly recommended!
