The free plan is extremely limited, offering very few features, and the customization options are almost non-existent unless you're willing to pay. It felt like a waste of time to set everything up, only to realize that most of the useful features and customization options require a paid plan. If you're looking for an app with robust free features and flexibility, this might not be the best choice.

Used to be one of the best apps. But we removed the ability to translate text phrases in the widget (the language of our site is not supported by the application). Support which helps for a month only by adding the functionality I need to the backlog. I don't understand this approach.
