The app functions well and performs as needed. Customers like it and find it easy to use. My only gripe is that the email templates appear to be from the 1990s and need to be updated desperately. We're on the Pro plan and have chosen the most modern option available, but I still don't love that customers see our emails looking so basic. It's not the impression I would like to portray. With that said, it's not something I would dock a star for.

Loving this app so far. The templates look super clean and professional. Honestly, I’ve paid for apps that don’t even look this good. The fact that it’s free is kind of amazing. Jay was really responsive. Even though he’s not based in the USA, he understood exactly what I needed and got it done fast. He removed the trademark message at the bottom of the invoice right away, no hassle at all, and answered every question I had. If you want something that works well and looks great, this app is a no-brainer. Glad I found it.

Great app! I wish there were more options for inventory sync. The max plan only allows for 10 syncs per day, for $120/month. I wish the lower plans had an add-on option for inventory sync. We do not need all of the other features in the $120 plan. Ideally, I would like the inventory sync to start over each time it finishes a cycle. I would also like to be able to do more than one search and replace at a time. I would like to change all H1 headings to H4 in all product descriptions. I would like to run a process of replacing and simultaneously. However, editing to ends up changing all text to and deletes the trailing tags. Instead, I have to export, edit in CSV, then import. It's not a dealbreaker. It would just make life a little easier to be able to make more than one edit at the same time.

I've been using the Jedi Collection Sort app for a short while, and it's a total game-changer! The app sorts products on my collections pages perfectly, making it so much easier for my customers to find what they need without scrolling through out-of-stock items. It's exactly what my store needed. My only suggestion? A more flexible pricing structure. The jump from 100 collections at $7.99 to 500 at $19.99 is quite steep. An intermediate plan for 250-300 collections, priced around $10.99 to $12.99, would be ideal for small businesses scaling up. Overall, I'm thrilled with Jedi Collection Sort. If you're looking to enhance your customers' experience and increase your conversion rate, this app is definitely worth a look!

Pia was a great help. Love the app so far. I came from WiseReviews, as their email template was awful and had little to no customization options. Happier to pay more when I feel like I'm getting more.
