After assessing all multi-vendor marketplace apps available to enable that functionality on Shopify, I settled on using Puppet Vendors for my early-stage business purposes. The price is right to start with and will be quite reasonable as we grow, the built-in features are great, and there's a good deal of possibility for customizing the vendor experience. I've been impressed by the robust features Chatty has across the app. I found it while searching for solutions to add a neater customer FAQ page/help center to my site and ended up being surprised by how well developed its full customer-chat widget was. The ChatGPT integration for better automated customer support is a bonus. Plus, all these features are available on the Free plan, and the paid plans seem quite reasonable should I need to scale to add more support agents. The app functions to apply customizable labels and badges. It does the job at a competitive price point, and the service team is highly responsive and helpful.
