Support has been easy to work with, and setup went super quickly for us. Having a centralized location for our team to work through for all customer questions cuts down on of time and clicks. The AI only gets better as it learns and when you understand it is a learning process, the easier it becomes to manage. Alessandro Montelli has been a helpful source for us when we do have questions, and we will definitely reach out to them with future questions.

Support has been easy to work with when I have had to reach out. We have used judge.me for a couple of years now and have not had an issue with it.
John was extremely helpful in setting up the app. He sent clear easy to follow instructions and answered my questions quickly.

This is a great app that saves a lot of time. The integration into QBO has allowed for fast and easy recons. I know that everything is hitting the correct account. Reconciliations are a breeze as well.
