Disaster app and disaster customer service. Since I'm discontinuing the free version of shopify in May, I thought I'd switch to Opinew. Unfortunately it hasn't worked for weeks now, with customer service always promising to fix the problem. Nothing happens. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Great customer service. I am happy with the support they provide. It's a very good app that really help us.
