Certainly does the job for a free app. Multiple staff members can respond which is a great feature. The only thing is we get double emails as one goes to the primary shop email and the second for all staff.

We will certainly pay the subscription once we make more sales in future. We appreciate the support even as an unpaid customer Mary Ann dealt with my query swiftly. The TK Digital Team has 5/5 support. We were using the service just fine for the last two years with no issues. We recently updated our theme to the new Shopify framework, which made the tabs disappear but after giving there team access, they quickly put them back live. The app itself is very easy to use, and they have priced it well for what it does.

5 Stars to Valerie for solving the syncing issue we had yesterday, we are just getting started so I cannot give any comments on the software. However, if you stumble across any issues - the support is excellent.
