Appbrew made it incredibly easy to turn our Shopify store into an app. The setup process was smooth, and the mobile app builder features allowed us to create a stunning, high-converting app without writing any code. Highly recommend if you want to scale your mobile commerce!

We've only recently been onboarded with Redo, but our experience so far has been excellent. Carson has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, always quick to answer questions and provide support when needed! One of the biggest concerns when implementing a new platform is whether you'll continue to receive assistance after signing up. It's been reassuring to know that Austin, Carson and the Redo team have remained engaged and readily available to help us navigate onboarding and beyond. We're excited to continue working together and appreciate having such a responsive partner.

Absolutely love Optim! The entire company is finally on the same page and speaking the same language. Returns through Loop completely throw off revenue data. Now we don't even bother with the Shopify dashboard. Optim at a glance shows % of new vs repeat, International orders, gross (minus $0 orders). true net, best sellers, AOV - everything you need. Any deep dives you want to do they are there. Basically everything you would want Shopify to have but for some reason they don't. And it's always accurate, unlike the Shopify and especially unlike their bot.

I haven't been able to export/connect any of my Shopify reports, or even recreate them by finding the correct metrics since they are scattered across different objects with titles that don't match Shopify reporting. I've wasted SO much time just trying to get one export to work with no success. Hi there, we are so sorry that you're experience hasn't been great. However, Shopify Reports are not available for us to pull from the API at this time. We are always looking to improve, so we truly appreciate your feedback and have passed it along to our Product team.

This app ended up being useless for us, a huge waste of time and money. Be careful what you commit to, make sure you have an out if you can't use it. We couldn't generate accurate forecasts that take into account the seasonality of our product. When set to last sales, which was originally recommended by the IP team, it dramatically over forecasted sales and reorders. The other two methods didn't work either. Forecasting at a category level was overridden in the system. We were unable to plan Net vs Gross sales, return rate, or discount rate Couldn't see critical metrics by week/month to create manual plans such as % to LY, build, discount rate, AUR, AIR. Couldn't group or view by key attributes or export a list of skus and each attribute column. The interface is generally inefficient and difficult to navigate. Simple updates create a lag when attempting to save changes. It's possible it would work for a non seasonal business with products that all have the same attributes, especially if there are a lot of people to manage it. Just make sure you can get out of it if it doesn't work.
