Very simple to set-up. Support has been responsive and helpful. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because we haven't had a chance to test its functionality yet - still waiting for that first subscription customer.
Allan was great; the tech issues are the only reason it's not 5 stars. Despite the tech challenges, Allan consistently picked back up the conversation and helped me navigate the issues efficiently.
