After logging in it brings me to a 404 page. Support hasnt answered my inquiry in over three months. Seems like there is more setup than meets the eye.

We couldn't figure out why when we search using a certain word, it wasn't showing up. These guys helped us. Superb customer support service!
Makes managing the bing feed much easier. Excellent, responsive, helpful support. A bigger benefit is the code it installs for conversion tracking at check out, which is much more consistent for some reason than the tag provided from Bing. Recommended!
