Missing: order. shipping name, tax percentage, shipping method. Nog showing: paid by (outside the table), ebay tax. Still no footer, which is quite normal on invoices.

App may not be 100% logical, for me at least, but for sure the support desk is! Great service and knowledge, thanks guys :-)
