I am leaving this review because I genuinely want other sellers to be aware of my experience before committing to CedCommerce apps. I am currently using their Etsy and TikTok integrations and have also looked into their eBay/Shopify integration. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating. The biggest concerns are billing transparency, integration issues, and customer support. I believe I have been overcharged for the Etsy and TikTok apps. When I tried to understand exactly what I was being charged for, I could not find the billing information clearly in my Shopify account. I contacted CedCommerce and requested copies of my invoices so I could properly verify the charges. It has now been 5 days since I requested the invoices, and I still haven't received them. I don't think a customer should have to chase a company for basic invoices related to charges on their account. The TikTok integration has also not been working the way I expected an integration should work. There have been issues with synchronization and the overall integration experience, creating additional work and frustration instead of making multichannel selling easier. I understand that technical issues can happen with any software. The bigger problem is how those issues are handled. In my experience, the combination of integration problems, billing concerns, and delays in providing basic documentation has been extremely disappointing. I am sharing this review not to attack anyone personally, but to give other sellers an honest account of my experience. If you are considering CedCommerce apps for Etsy, TikTok, eBay, or other marketplaces, I strongly recommend confirming exactly what plan you are being charged for, what features are included, and how billing and invoices are handled before committing. I am still waiting for the invoices I requested 5 days ago. Until the billing concerns and integration issues are properly addressed, I cannot recommend CedCommerce based on my experience. I hope CedCommerce takes this feedback seriously and improves its billing transparency, integrations, and customer support. Sellers should not have to spend days chasing invoices while also dealing with integration problems. Sharing this review so other sellers can make a more informed decision and hopefully avoid facing the same issues.

Dropping down to 1 star now. The problem has only gotten worse. Dropping my review down to 2 stars. After YEARS of using this app and really promoting it to my industry at large, I'm just fed up and over the app now. Customer support is still fine but the app really not capable of managing large unique skus. It often doesn't sink properly. Our internal motto is to never have anything for sale that we don't have, always inventory. CED fails in this manner for us and often. We have a large product category and more often then not, when we sell in via our online store or storefront, the products don't sync properly with Ebay. So now we have items for sale on our Ebay store that we don't actually have which is a big problem for store reputation. Customer service does a good job or always point out what WE did wrong rather then look at the totality of the situation. There is no feature that signals mismatches, there is no way to re-sync, or to bulk audit manually. Nothing to flag inventory discrepancies. According the app "everything is fine" and its not. You have to reach out to customer service (which is still fine) and can take up to an hour to resolve. I have a business to run, the software just needs to work. Clearly none of them own a business using the product they sell. So they look at business operations from an engineering solution rather then how it effects us operation. At this point we will be finding an alternative app. This is a very power app that provides a Shopify owner the ability to own their brand but free up cash to by selling on Ebay. The app is not terribly hard but there is a steep learning curve that requires a lot of questions at the beginning. The good news is customer service is absolutely incredible. I'm barely scratching the surface on unlocking the power of the app. I freed up $1,000+ before the month was out using the app. So it paid for itself for the year at my level. Can't recommend enough.
Quick and easy to contact very nice communication with the Team member and contact. All problems are solved in a very timely manner
Very quick response time and resolve my issues quickly every time. It's usually an error on my part and they walk me through it thoroughly.
I am using several CED Apps for Amazon, ebay and etsy. Everything is running stable and good and the support of the ebay team is always willing and good supporting if there are any problems.
Working well so far. A few set up issues but pretty easy to work out and support are helpful and quick
The app did not work as expected as it left out the descriptions for over 900 products. I uninstalled the app and contacted the developer for a credit as I had not been charged. Was only interested in fixing it, when it was clear it didnt work as expected. Now he wont give the credit. Shopify CANNOT give the credit only the developer can! Developer closed the ticket without providing the credit! ebay-ced ($.19.00) is showing as pending on my upcoming bill, even although its been cancelled. They have not issued the credit, they dont know how to!
I'm new to CED and the experience has been tricky but rewarding at the same time. I am learning as I go and knowing I can get live online support is a real game changer. The CED Team is quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend to others who are on the same or similar journey.
Moving from inkFrog to CedCommerce for our eBay operations has proven to be the smoothest setup process we have gone through so far. Rishu remarkably well versed and supportive whenever an issue arises, even when my questions might have sounded a bit silly.A wholehearted recommendation.

This app works seamlessly between my Shopify site and eBay. I had a few initial issues understanding how it works, but the support service was very responsive and resolved them very quickly.

Ced for ebay has been great and runs flawlessly. The experience is fantastic and makes selling on ebay from shopify super smoothly. The customer support is top notch and takes care of our every needs, fast! I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to sell on ebay with inventory on shopify
Very easy to use and excellent support - been using them for years now and its been getting better all along!
Unfortunately better pricing being offered by competitors, and CED is not a perfect app, so I've had to look at other apps based on price. Good customer service for getting it set up, and little adjustments along the way, but not all the functionality I'd like at the price.
App lists items that have been sold out causing oversells. App also doesn't have the right quantity for items causing oversells. App doesn't update price if a price changes when restocking items causing items to be sold at the lower original price. Support does not resolve any issues that denies that these problems exist.

We transitioned from inkFrog to CedCommerce for eBay and it has been the most seamless integration I have experienced yet. Both Rishu and Sahil are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions I have had, even if the questions seem ridiculous. This is our 5th integration using CedCommerce and we are very happy with them across the board. The customer service is top notch.

I’ve been using CedCommerce for my store and the experience has been fantastic. The setup was straightforward, but what really stands out is their customer service. Consistently sells out of stock items on eBay that are out of stock in my Shopify store. I have lost ability to promote listings multiple times now due to this services inability to properly sync inventory counts. Going back to managing two inventory services due to causing my business thousands in sales.

Rishu has been very helpful. The inventory updates are accurate and timely. This is our fourth Shopify inventory app and it is the first one we have used that accurately tracks inventory quantities for our 9,400+ listings. The onboarding was a little stressful because we had so many listings to import, but it was worth it. Definitely recommend Ced.

I have used this integration for years. It just works so we don't have to worry about transferring any info from our Shopify store to eBay. When we have hit a snag customer service was quick, efficient and knowledgeable in getting any problem resolved quickly. Recently Sahil was able to resolve an issue and then show me a couple of things that I had questions about, and it was very helpful. Great app.
Finding CedCommerce has been a breath of fresh air, as the other apps available are very difficult to use. Spent an hour on a onboarding call and i am now listing on Ebay with ease, GREAT APP and SUPPORT

Overall I had been happy with the intergration. Customer service was fast and helpful. However they have tripled their price in 12 months with no warning, which no longer makes this a viable option.
